REFUNDS/EXCHANGES /SHIPPING POLICY
We offer refunds only no exchanges. There is a 10% fee in all refunds to cover merchant fees.
Our return policy last 48hours. Once you receive your order you have 48 hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48 hrs. after receiving.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. It must be in its original packaging. Curly textures can not be picked through or combed/ fingered if you plan to return them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for your refund, shipping cost is non refundable.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our processing time is 5-7 business days to prepare your order before shipping. After the processing time your order will be shipped. It takes 7-10 business days once it leaves the salon to reach you. Once items are shipped a tracking number will be sent via email provided at purchase.
During a sale i.e. (Black Friday) processing time can take 5-10 business days and shipping 7-14.
Orders are not processed on holidays or over the weekend.
International orders can take 7-20 business days depending on which shipping was selected at checkout. We do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
Eluxe hair Co. isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with USPS/UPS AND file a claim.
Eluxe hair Co. does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
Eluxe hair Co. is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package is rerouted back to Eluxe Hair Co. you are responsible for all additional shipping fees, a store credit will be given for you to purchase again with the correct address.
